Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, product, and data science roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in the US market.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.
- Maintain a strong employer brand presence on LinkedIn and professional networks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting (Software/Hardware preferred).
- Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring and closing hard-to-fill positions.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong understanding of the tech stack (e.g., React, Python, AWS, Cloud).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a remote-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
