Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting of technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen and evaluate resumes to identify candidates matching specific job requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct technical and behavioral interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Provide weekly reporting on recruitment metrics, including pipeline health and time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience in sourcing hard-to-fill technical roles (Software, IT, Engineering).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical stacks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management.
- Must reside in Georgia, USA.
