Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for our main website and client projects.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Manage end-to-end technical recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical roles.
- Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure efficient workflow and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-converting content and optimize it for search engines.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.
- Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO, SEM, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in technical recruiting or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruiting software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
