We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our elite talent acquisition team. This is a Remote position requiring a Night Shift schedule to support our 24/7 global hiring operations. Based in the Raleigh, NC area, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce across Virginia and the East Coast.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, utilizing advanced Boolean search and social media to identify top talent in Raleigh, NC, and Virginia.
- Night Shift Operations: Manage the end-to-end hiring process during the night shift, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and delivering feedback.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates to ensure a steady supply of qualified technical professionals.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct engaging phone screens and technical interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while strictly adhering to time zones.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies to remain competitive in the Raleigh tech market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing, specifically within the Raleigh, NC, or Virginia tech ecosystem.
- Schedule: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM EST) consistently.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Autonomy: Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting.
