What You'll Do
Your role will blend the art of recruitment with the science of digital marketing. You will be responsible for managing our job postings, sourcing candidates, and ensuring our content ranks high on search engines.
Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms for our job openings and website content. Optimize meta titles, descriptions, and tags to improve organic visibility.
- Technical Recruiting: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source, screen, and engage candidates for remote and part-time technical positions.
- Candidate Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and coordinating background checks.
- Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to generate weekly reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and refine job descriptions to attract the right talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related HR role, preferably within a remote or hybrid setting.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO principles, tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics), and best practices for on-page optimization.
- Tools: Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable) and social recruiting tools.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
