Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT support specialists.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical leads.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless experience from application to offer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical communities and professional networks.
- Track key recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn).
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and technical job functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
