Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles across the United States.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Assist in optimizing our careers page and blog content for SEO keywords related to Remote Hiring Now and local markets.
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide timely feedback to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related HR field.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to travel occasionally (if required) for team meetups or client visits in Texas.
