Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify customer pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
