Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Presentation: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Closing: Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet individual and team quotas.
- Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Location: Must reside in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area or be willing to relocate.
