Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders) via Agile methodologies
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with clear rationale and user data
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critique sessions
- Analyze user behavior metrics and iterate on designs based on performance data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with remote work portfolio
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Proven track record designing for web, mobile, and SaaS applications
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability studies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
