The Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by identifying, sourcing, and securing top-tier talent for software engineering, data science, and IT roles. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening technical candidates using Boolean search and social media platforms.
- Conducting phone screens and coordinating technical interviews for remote positions.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintaining accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Providing exceptional candidate experience during the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts and technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts.
