Your Role:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting, from sourcing passive candidates to closing offers. You will utilize various platforms to find talent in the tech space and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and professional networking.
- Screening applicants, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating technical interviews.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of talent for current and future open positions.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Providing feedback to candidates in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Recruiter.
