Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify technical candidates for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle using our ATS platform
- Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate shortlists
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn and specialized tech networks
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline metrics
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout hiring process
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Expertise in sourcing tech talent (GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with Las Vegas tech market preferred
