- Implement ATS best practices and improve candidate experience workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition
- Proven SEO expertise with demonstrated results in organic traffic growth
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and GitHub
