Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including Software Engineering, QA, and Product Management.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline effectively within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technical sector.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust remotely.
- Self-motivated and disciplined in a fully remote work environment.
- Valid US Work Authorization required.
