Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for weekend shift roles across LA tech ecosystem
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche developer communities
- Conduct technical phone screens and behavioral interviews with senior engineering candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) pipeline with 95% data accuracy
- Collaborate with hiring managers on talent pipeline development and market insights
- Optimize recruitment funnel conversion rates using data-driven methodologies
- Represent TalentForge at virtual tech meetups and LA-based recruitment events
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with software engineering roles
- Proven success in weekend shift recruitment environments
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and passive candidate sourcing techniques
- Deep understanding of LA tech market and compensation benchmarks
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) with pipeline management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to assess technical aptitude
- Remote work experience with demonstrated self-management abilities
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
