Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for senior engineering roles across AI, DevOps, and cloud domains
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including technical screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in our ATS and provide weekly recruitment analytics
- Enhance employer branding through technical content creation and participation in virtual tech events
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in placing senior engineers
- Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques for hard-to-find tech talent (AI/ML, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to assess technical competencies
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in independent remote work environments
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows and modern tech stacks
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
