Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified technical candidates (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps) using various channels.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation and closing.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and ATS platforms to find passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
- Conduct virtual technical assessments and behavioral interviews to ensure candidate fit.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
