About the Role:
In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting, from sourcing and screening to closing top candidates. We are looking for someone who can manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining a high standard of quality. This role is open to candidates located in Georgia and North Carolina who are dedicated to working from home.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including writing job descriptions, posting openings, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Build relationships with key industry players to increase brand awareness and candidate flow.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven experience working in a remote or virtual work environment.
- Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively without direct supervision.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies and technical terminology.
