Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles (Engineering, IT, Data) using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and job boards.
- Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate pipelines.
- Building and nurturing a talent network of passive candidates.
- Providing a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must reside in the United States.
