Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and outreach on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to find qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates using recruitment tools.
- Manage candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the team to improve hiring strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-discipline.
- Valid US work authorization.
