Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for roles ranging from Entry Level to Senior Engineering positions.
- Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search) to identify passive candidates in Cleveland and Virginia markets.
- Conduct virtual screen calls and coordinate technical interviews for hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate time tracking for our weekly pay cycle.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a remote setting with a high degree of autonomy.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space.
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adhere to a flexible schedule while meeting weekly performance targets.
