Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Conducting technical and behavioral phone screens and video interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent for current and future open positions.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition to offer extension.
- Providing feedback and market insights to the recruitment team to optimize our hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling Full-Time technical roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Technical aptitude to understand software development roles and requirements.
