Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Building a network of developers, engineers, and IT specialists in the Austin and Illinois markets.
- Providing market feedback and salary benchmarking to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Staffing Specialist.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expertise in sourcing tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Strong understanding of full-stack, frontend, and backend development roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
