Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking.
- Conducting initial phone screens and coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding.
- Providing weekly reporting on hiring metrics and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high autonomy.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets.
