As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, sourcing top-tier talent for technical roles across the country. This is a high-volume hiring role requiring exceptional communication skills and a hunter's mentality.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media to identify and engage passive candidates for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Screening: Conduct thorough phone screens to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on candidate pipelines and market insights.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates and clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and technical roles (Java, Python, .NET, AWS, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Tools: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Location: Must be willing to work remotely from within the United States.
