Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening high-quality technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA) through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards.
- Managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial phone screen to offer negotiation.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Conducting virtual interviews and coordinating interview schedules for candidates and stakeholders.
- Providing exceptional candidate experience and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and close placements.
- Strong knowledge of the US technology market and current coding trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Excel, LinkedIn Recruiter, and standard ATS platforms.
