Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and initial technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of candidates through the recruitment funnel, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients effectively.
- Adherence: Strictly adhere to all compliance and data privacy standards during the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Weekend Shift (Saturday/Sunday).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Tools: Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.
- Location: Must be based in Indianapolis, IN (Remote).
