Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for technical roles across the US, with a focus on Milwaukee and Texas markets.
- Managing job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter) and optimizing job postings for maximum visibility.
- Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Coordinating interview schedules and providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Proven ability to source candidates using various channels and creative strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high self-discipline.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
