Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems for remote clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support interactions and ticket resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex technical bugs and suggest product improvements.
- Conduct regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest technology trends and company protocols.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries within SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and troubleshooting protocols.
