Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues remotely.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex tickets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct remote training sessions for new software implementations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a remote helpdesk or customer support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
