Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong self-discipline.
