Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe medical dictation into electronic health records (EHRs)
- Edit and proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling, and medical terminology
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information per HIPAA standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year medical transcription experience
- Proficiency in typing 65+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
