Responsibilities
- Transcribe medical dictation with 98%+ accuracy
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
- Format documents according to client specifications
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammatical errors
- Meet daily productivity targets (1200-1500 lines/day)
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year medical transcription experience
- Credential from AHDI or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional typing speed (80+ WPM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and transcription tools
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
