Role Overview:
As the Weekend Data Analyst, you will be responsible for processing large datasets, identifying trends, and ensuring data accuracy during off-peak hours. You will act as a critical bridge between our NY office and remote operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute complex data entry and validation tasks for the NY regional database with 99.9% accuracy.
- Analyze weekend traffic patterns to provide actionable insights to the central NY management team.
- Generate and distribute weekly performance reports highlighting key operational metrics.
- Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies between remote platforms and the NY headquarters.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive client data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Must be a resident of New York, NY (or willing to relocate to the NY metro area).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, data entry, or customer support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and SQL basics.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
