Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-specialty physician schedules across 3 clinic locations
- Optimize appointment utilization while maintaining 98% patient satisfaction metrics
- Implement new scheduling protocols using Epic EMR system
- Manage provider overflow queues with intelligent redistribution algorithms
- Train staff on scheduling best practices and compliance standards
- Generate monthly capacity reports for operational leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years healthcare scheduling coordination experience
- Expertise in Epic EMR or comparable scheduling platforms
- CHAA certification or equivalent healthcare credentials
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-location workflows
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table mastery
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
