Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Oversee daily scheduling for a diverse range of medical and administrative professionals, ensuring optimal time allocation.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and consultations using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Athenahealth or Epic).
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in patient management systems, including demographics and appointment history.
- Problem Resolution: Handle scheduling conflicts and rescheduling requests efficiently while maintaining a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, medical reception, or administrative coordination.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and specific scheduling platforms (training provided for proprietary software).
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
