Your Mission:
To architect resilient, scalable, and efficient machine learning systems that push the boundaries of what is possible in artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and model architectures for large-scale applications.
- Lead the research and deployment of Generative AI models, ensuring high output quality and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and memory efficiency on edge devices and cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in deep learning and implement best practices for data privacy and security.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying complex ML models to production at scale.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
