Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, high-performance front-end architectures using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into production-ready code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a lightning-fast user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate the team's technical standards.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
- Strong experience with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
