Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and performance issues, implementing solutions to improve application speed and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues across the full stack and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members, share technical knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on Full Stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, along with RESTful API design.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
