Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and speed across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Full Stack.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
