Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and development of responsive, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Remote Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) in a fully remote setting, utilizing agile methodologies.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their professional growth.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure product stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a remote workforce.
