Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain a dynamic futures intelligence framework using quantitative/qualitative methodologies
- Design and facilitate strategic innovation workshops with executive stakeholders and R&D teams
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for emerging domains
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for innovation portfolio performance and adoption readiness
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Business Innovation, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work in futurism, innovation strategy, or technology ethics preferred
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
