Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3/4 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage critical infrastructure monitoring, including network, cloud, and security systems
- Lead incident response and resolution for high-priority outages
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during system migrations and upgrades
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security protocols
- Train junior support staff on advanced troubleshooting methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with 2+ years in night shift roles
- Expert-level certifications: CompTIA Security+, CCNP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Proficiency in Azure/AWS, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Datadog)
- Strong analytical skills for complex system diagnostics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be available for on-call rotation during major incidents
