Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Algorithms: Design, develop, and optimize quantum algorithms for solving complex optimization and machine learning problems.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between quantum hardware and classical AI infrastructure to create hybrid computing solutions.
- Research Leadership: Lead a team of brilliant researchers in exploring new quantum error correction methods and neural network architectures.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the long-term technical strategy for the 2026 Tech Initiative, ensuring scalability and feasibility.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes to validate concepts and demonstrate value to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle abstract problems and translate them into concrete engineering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
