Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage ticket queues with SLA adherence and customer satisfaction focus
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system outages
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Conduct remote system deployments and security patch implementations
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, network, and application issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
