Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 remote technical support for enterprise clients across cloud infrastructure, networking, and security systems
- Develop and implement proactive monitoring solutions to prevent system outages and optimize performance
- Create detailed technical documentation and SOPs for complex troubleshooting procedures
- Mentor junior support staff through knowledge-sharing sessions and collaborative problem-solving
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues
- Lead major incident response protocols during critical system failures
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments for client environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level remote technical support with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Expert-level certifications: CompTIA Network+, CCNP, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash) for automation and troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL framework
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex network and system issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones
- Preferred: Security+ certification and experience with HIPAA/GDPR compliance
