- Resolve scheduling conflicts with 99% accuracy rate
- Train and mentor junior scheduling staff on best practices
- Analyze scheduling data to reduce patient wait times by 15%
- Collaborate with billing department for insurance verification
- Implement new scheduling protocols quarterly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical scheduling experience in a multi-specialty clinic
- Expert proficiency with Epic EHR scheduling modules
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
