Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Drive technical debt reduction and system reliability initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into robust solutions
- Implement security best practices (SAST/DAST) across the stack
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production experience with distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven track record of building high-throughput APIs (>1M RPS)
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong leadership in open-source contributions or tech communities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
