Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
- Ensure application security and data integrity across all client-facing platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
